Very Nice implementation

I am very surprised by the negative reviews.

For the reviewer that says the readout is "barely readable over desktop background", there is an option in the app preferences that allows you to change the color and appearance of the readout, this makes it very readable on any backgound.

For the reviewer that says CPU usage is showing in 25% increments, he/she should contact the developer. Maybe the revewer could post what model computer they are using. I have a MacPro desktop and it shows my usage correctly.

As for the user that says this app uses a gigabyte of memory, this app is uses 12.1 MB on my computer which I would consider normal.

From what I can tell, the above issues are probably related to specific hardware and reviewers need to make the developer aware of these issues so they can be corrected.

I am very happy with desktop monitor and highly recommend it.
